Renourish Packages

Our Renourish One and Renourish Ready programmes are designed for those with financial or time constraints or those just wanting an initial introduction.

Our Renourish Now programme enables us to work in a bespoke way that’s flexible to your personalised goals, history with food & exercise, any clinical concerns and preferred style (communications, learning aids, practical tools and exercises in a format most effective for you).

Here’s what to expect from all programmes:

  • ‘Discovery call’ to establish goals, relevant clinical history and session plan

  • Initial assessment to focus on current and historic nutrition status, clinical concerns (e.g. digestive complaints) and food & body relationship

  • An integrative approach directed by awareness of psychotherapeutic techniques, mindfulness practices and behaviour change models

  • Non-judgmental, trauma-informed care

  • Practical tools and task sheets to use between sessions

Eating Disorders

Having worked in the NHS (UK) as a specialised Eating Disorders Dietitian, Amy supported individuals managing Eating Disorders including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and ARFID.

Disordered Eating

Amy specialises in supporting individual’s with difficult food relationships. Whether or not there’s a diagnosis or history of an eating disorder, individuals can still require support to find peace with food that may include structured meal planning, support and tailored exposure work.

Mum & Child

Working as a paediatric dietitian (NHS UK) Amy supported children with difficult food relationships and parents concerned for their child’s eating practices. Including fussy or picky eating, overeating, stressful mealtimes and weight concerns. Amy has also supported many parents interested in their own role in their child’s relationship with food.
