I’m a UK Registered Dietitian who empowers people to feel confident in their food choice and comfortable in their body.
I believe every body deserves respect and everyone is unique in their needs and ability to eat what’s right for them. This means tailored solutions to finding peace with food and body is pivotal to our work.
Drawing upon my clinical experience (see below for detail), training as an Intuitive Eating counsellor and first-hand experience battling my body I provide an evidence-based and empathetic approach to a better relationship with food and body image.
Research tells us diets don’t work, so I have dedicated my work to finding out what does. Sustainable, whole-body healing to reduce food noise, feel at home in your body and live life to the fullest now.
