I am so pleased I chose to read this book on Archangel Gabriel by the knowledgeable and credible Doreen Virtue. She clearly explains with the reader Archangel Gabriel's roles of compassion with conception and pregnancy, parenting and childhood. She shares incidents of visions of how Gabriel supports and encourages writing in many forms, and helps with clear communication. Throughout the silken pages of wonderful period illustrations you will find stories and share experiences of people who have personally
experienced the comfort and guidance of Gabriel. It never ceases to amaze me that angels can be everywhere at once and you only need to ask for help.. Have patience, and believe. I highly recommend this easy to read book to anyone who has a desire to learn more about Archangel Gabriel. Though is it more of a storybook, it is nondenominational and can be understood easily by many faiths. I personally have a much better understanding of Gabriel, and with the inclusion of several meditations I begin my journey. I received this book free from Hay House publishing for review.

It is good to see an easy to understand, well written introduction book about hormones and how they work together in a symphonic relationship, and their effects should they be balanced or not. Whether excess or deficiency from diet, environmental or emotional stress, Marcelle shares a few good examples of her experience with patients issues that have been identified and solved with get at the core hormonal balancing. She has a 28 day step by step program comprising the last half of the book which includes exercise, a meal plan, shopping lists, supplements and stress reduction techniques in an easy to follow hour by hour plan. Adhering with conviction to the program will definitely improve your hormone balance. This book is a good reference for everything from symptoms, so supplementation to proper diet and more. The diet is heavy protein via meat based, so if you are inclined to eat less or no meat, you will have to study other ways to get your complete proteins. There are recommendations of heavy supplementation, and if you are not so
prone you may have to forgo that attitude for a month until you finish the
program. Overall I do recommend this book. The read is easy and instructions
