I loved the White Pizza with Arugula and Prosciutto, the Kim Chi is good, I made every Collard recipe, and am working on the cabbage now. I have not been disappointed yet.
Because these vegetables are some of the healthiest in the universe, the more options the better for cooking; this book will have you eating healthier before you know it.
